We are pleased to announce that the High Court sanctioned the transfer of New Hampshire Insurance Company’s UK Branch to Landmark Insurance Company Limited at the hearing on 26th October 2007. The separate transfer scheme for Jersey policies was sanctioned by the Royal Court of Jersey at the hearing on 2nd November 2007.
The effective date of the transfers will be 1st December 2007. On that date, Landmark Insurance Company Limited will change its name to AIG UK Limited.
